Our customers discuss their objectives on a call, and AI captures what they want into a build-ready brief. You do the last step: building that brief into the Roi-AI platform accurately and completely. Builds include automation campaigns, HTML emails, surveys and chats. Our Customer Success team hands you each brief and quality-checks every build before it reaches a customer, and you tidy grammar, spelling and formatting as you go.

It is skilled production work rather than marketing: getting every detail of the brief into the build, first time, matters more than creative flair.

• You pick up new tech quickly. You will learn the Roi-AI platform fast and move between campaign, email, survey and chat builds.
• Sharp attention to detail. Nothing in a brief gets missed, and the finished build is exactly what the customer asked for.
• Excellent communication. Clear written updates, the right questions asked early, and honest warning if a deadline is at risk.
• Self-managing and reliable. You are trusted to deliver on your own schedule, so turnaround times are kept.
• No campaign or email tool experience required. We care about attitude and accuracy, not your CV.

• NZ$25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.
• Typically 10 to 15 hours a week, with more available when work volumes rise.
• Casual and genuinely temporary: no fixed term and no guaranteed minimum, with the workload following the build queue.
• Fully remote from anywhere in New Zealand or Australia, starting as soon as possible.
