At RCSA SHAPE 2022 in Hobart

The Roi-AI team was proud to attend RCSA SHAPE 2022, held in Hobart from September 6 to 8. The annual conference brought together some of the most forward-thinking minds in recruitment, with a focus on how the sector is transforming in response to technology, talent shortages, and changing candidate expectations.

It was a great opportunity to reconnect with our JobAdder partners and meet new agencies who are exploring automation for the first time. The energy at the conference was genuinely exciting — the recruitment industry is at a pivotal moment and the appetite for practical, proven technology solutions has never been stronger.
