Roi-AI was recognised as the best technology solution at the 2021 Talent X conference in Sydney — a significant validation for the New Zealand startup just weeks after its May 2021 launch.

The recognition reflects growing demand from Australian recruitment agencies for a platform that goes beyond basic CRM functionality to deliver genuine, measurable automation. The Roi-AI platform combines automation, multi-channel marketing, data enrichment and candidate engagement tools in a single, fully integrated SaaS solution.

Following the conference, Roi-AI secured a substantial client pipeline stretching through to September. CEO Chris South commented: "The response in Australia has been incredibly validating.
